On Wednesday afternoon, TFD was called for 1831 mutual aid to the scene of a structure fire in Willard which is just outside of Ovid. Initial dispatch was a report of a fire in the attic with possible entrapment. When Ovid arrived on scene they confirmed that everyone was out and was able to knock down the fire. 1831 set up but was not needed and TFD was able to return in service shortly after. Cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
